AntibodyShop is pleased to announce and release two new monoclonal antibodies for sale in the area of acute renal injury.
The two new monoclonal antibodies (ABS 039-08 and ABS 039-32) are specific for the human NGAL analogue in rats and they are selected specifically for their ability to form an ELISA sandwich pair.
The antibody pair is for research use only and can be used to assay early nephrotoxicity of pharmacological compound in rats on an ELISA platform.
The name of the antibody is derived from the nomenclature of the human analogue NGAL. Other names used for NGAL are: Neutrophil Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin, NL, Lipocalin 2 in humans, oncogene protein 24p3 or uterocalin in mouse and specifically in rat neu-related lipocalin or 25 kDa alpha2-microglobulin-related protein.
